3.3 We do not screen, endorse, warrant, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the qualifications, pricing, safety, legality, availability, or quality of any third-party services.

3.4 Requests to be Matched. When you submit information to request quotes or to be matched with providers (“Request”), you authorize us to share your Request and related information with one or more third-party service providers, partners, lead buyers, or contractors (collectively, “Service Providers”) so they may contact you about their products or services. We may receive compensation from Service Providers for facilitating your Request.

3.5 No Endorsement or Guarantee. We do not guarantee that any Service Provider will contact you, provide a quote, or meet your requirements. You should rely on your own judgment and due diligence in selecting a Service Provider and negotiating any engagement.

4 User Accounts and Information

10.2 All Other Jurisdictions: Disputes shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the Netherlands, without reference to conflict of laws principles, and shall be exclusively resolved in the competent court of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. All legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.
